They're one of the most populous countries on Earth and a lot of acts are relatively more popular there than they are here if that makes sense. Just like any other music market they gravitate toward certain acts more than others and it seems to have lined them up with stan culture the most. 

Also lowkey because it's not as profitable as other music markets but has TONS of people, leading to a lot of underserved fans who act out.
