I've been thinking a lot about this lately and am really struggling between BTW and Chromatica for #1 and as much as I was a Jostanne when it came out..... yeah

Agreed. Outside my top 3 I found it difficult to rank the others. I feel like it really depends where I am with life and my mood.

Interesting but respectable! I am curious why Joanne is #1 but ASIB is last for you

Because I just don’t like soundtracks in general lol. The songs are good in the context of the movie, but listening to them on their own isn’t my thing

I see I was in a similar frame of mind until I finally got around to listening to the soundtrack in full for the megarate and it was more cohesive than I thought!

I feel like I've written essays before on it so I don't want to rehash necessarily :dead: but I really like the post-irony aspect of it.

Tbh I also just like the sound more, though I don't think I'm adept enough in discussing music terminology/history to articulate why.
