What are your favourite breads?

Bread is such a versatile food and each culture has their own versions.

Pita, naan, tortilla, sourdough, brioche, bagel, bao, ciabatta. Which are your favourites?

I have yet to meet a bread I don't love.  Give me a good focaccia or some warm, fresh italian bread and I'll be in heaven.  I love a good sandwich on pumpernickel or marble rye.  Bagels?  They're flawless and amazing.

My husband bakes a lot so we always have fresh bread these days.  We make loaves of white bread for sandwiches and stuff every few weeks and we have a killer bagel recipe we do every few months.  

I also have a twist pull-apart, dessert bread recipe I've been experimenting with that has a cherry jam inside and an orange glaze on it that's phenomenal. Ugh.  BREAD!

Brioche, French Bread, Ciabatta...every bread is delicious. Although pretzel buns are NOT it...and it enrages me when I go to a burger place and that's somehow all they offer
