How many times a day do you shower?

Typically once, at night - sometimes twice a day. I don't understand the crusticles who go to work all day, then get in bed unbathed. No ma'am.

Technically you're not even suppose to shower DAILY, but I still do.  I only wash my hair every other day though.

I need to start doing so at night instead of the morning.

Usually once either after a workout or at night. But like @lavenderblondeeI will skip washing my hair every so often. Sometimes a little natural oil keeps the hair looking and feeling fresh

i shower once a day. i have sensitive skin, so when  i used to shower twice my skin would get extremely itchy so i stopped doing that.

It used to be every day and my hair every other day when I went to the office. Now it’s every other day since I’m working from home.
