i feel bad for her. i get what she meant but everyone blew it out of proportion and used it as an excuse to hate on her. we all know her voice isn't nearly as great as mariah carey, or even gaga but there's no need to bully her for it

It's a bit funny that she was expecting to be compared to Mariah. Not in a shady way, it's just that Mariah's music is very different than Ava's. I like that she's cool about it though and doesn't take offense by being compared to Gaga instead.

And is it just me, but does she sound a lot like Ariana Grande in this clip?
