Well, where I live at present, it's pretty much guaranteed that the entire month of December will be lower than 0 C, sometimes even below 0 F. 25 C in December actually sounds lovely.

25°c is fun in december, but then we have like 45°c in june its like an oven but i know there are warmer places, too
