Wow, what a mess. @Anveeroy thank you for hosting, could you maybe post a comprehensive breakdown by album (aka all album tracks with their score and ranking and the average of the album).

I feel some of the singles were too big and got sabotaged which lead to this messy ranking. People were giving some of the big singles 1s so it would not win so of course if the big songs are being sabotaged, the fan-favourite album tracks will make up most of the top 10.
