Regarding the Composing/Arranging categories:

The Chromatica interludes are technically eligible for BEST INSTRUMENTAL COMPOSITION and BEST ARRANGEMENT, INSTRUMENTAL OR A CAPPELLA, but it's very unlikely they will get nominated

The Academy tends to favor longer pieces (6 min +) either from jazz or film scores, but shorter pieces have been nominated in the past. Example: Blue Skies

Pop Vocal Album
Pop Duo/Group: ROM

I think the Music Video committee will keep ROM out of that category

Either way I’m sure they played their cards right. Gaga’s grammy submissions in recent years have been ON POINT compared to her early years..
