the second wave is not even over in France 

COVID-19 hospitalizations in France :

 

look at this mess  since the beginning of november aka more than 2 months now the numbers of Covid19 hospitalizations are above 24 000 while it was "only" 1 month for the 1st wave. 

And the numbers of hospitalizations have stopped going down since 1 month  at a very high "plateau"

All three metrics are seeing record numbers.
