Even if she doesn't relate to it personally, drinking is a common coping mechanism. I don't necessarily think it's her promoting drinking.

Yeah, I don't think she has a problem or anything. I think it's very standard for someone in their 20s to have fun and get drunk sometimes. Also, very common for people without financial issues in their 20s/30s to have wine frequently.

I also don't think she promotes, she's just honest.
