Gaga’s PR has infinitley changed per her action plan since 2013, and InterFad have been planning only 2 singles era for a while now. Gaga just cancelled all the traditional promo which was understandable,  and her team never tried for a deluxe or TikTok to boost the streams. The narrative was good, she got the huge debuts like in Brazil, got a Grammy from it. I don’t think they see it like us stans do where they count the streams. I never knew BTW was bad longevity until reading forums
