I think they wanted to prioritise the cities/countries with JWT cancelled dates. She cancelled concerts in London, Paris and Stockholm and the two dates she had planned for Germany (Köln and Berlin).

but then theres no excuse for her doing twice as many concerts in NA as in the rest of the world when 2/3 of the JWT were already in NA
