It's of all time, not just recently. Her first 3 era's were all big enough to secure her second place, it show's just how massive Teenage Dream and Prism were

I honestly don't know a lot of figures about Madonna's career, so I can't really give my opinion. I'd probably put Katy at #3 and Madonna at #2
