As rumours are swirling around (due to her studio pictures, some insiders, and some of the interaction around her posts) it's looking more and more likely than ever that we'll get LG7 this year. I thought it would be fun to create a thread to share our predictions for the music, but also the era in general, so we could eventually look back on this and compare it with the actual events. Right now we have little clue about what direction she's going visually or sonically, and we can only infer from rumoured collaborations, pictures she has shared, and artists that she has followed/been followed by on social media, so there's a lot of room for imagination. This is more about what we think realistically will happen, that what we hope would happen, though obviosly there can be some overlap (at least there is in my case). Her performance of Hold My Hand on TCB could be a clue for her next sound, she recently collaborated with TRS and performed with U2, and the studio pics she has shared have featured guitars more than once. -It might be a visually understated era, like Joanne, though not as much. I don't see a lot of music videos on the horizon, unfortunately. -It will be a short era, like Chromatica, but with more content overall, like interviews and performances. 1 1 Link to post Share on other sites More sharing options...
