Question on restrictions/thresholds/levels for new members

Just looking for clarification on the restrictions for new members and what the thresholds are.
What are the amounts for different reputation levels? How many posts or reactions received do you need before the reaction giving limit is lifted/increased? Are there any other thresholds, levels, or amounts that new members should be aware of for different features or abilities?

React restrictions are temporarily removed, but typically it's 100 reactions a day for a new member and 150 for "The Popster." Otherwise, differences are mild as you progress through the Gaga groups. Enjoy each era!
