Freezing top bar

Hi,

Is it possible to freeze top bar on the site? @admin I use this function a lot when I scroll down and then go back to main page by clicking forum icon or check my profile quickly. Just something to consider.

I also debated this, here's a question for everyone: Do you prefer a sticky header on just mobile or on desktop and mobile?

Excuse me if I sound stupid, but what does it mean to freeze the top bar or sticky header??

When you scroll down the header stays at the top of your screen

OH! That really should have been obvious for me  a sticky header would be great
