I understand but I find it hard to find a Time magazine shoot that isnt basic tbh.

I totally agree with what you say, but at least she could've maintained her blonde hair/strands for the shoot, imo

It looks like it's an outtake from a MV from her debut era, and I find a shame that such an important cover looks like an outtake from a previous work

Agreed! 

It doesnt make the honor any less. I cant believe what moves this girl is making at her second era. I think thats quite rare. (and I know she isnt the first to cover Time, but I talk about her doing this so early in her career)

Too simple and basic, but cute, she's beautiful so that helps. Love the fact that Kylie interviewed her, Dula is truly blessed by the disco queen.
