I've acquired my license for my new home province last week but they want me to take IELTS and prove I can speak and understand English. Never mind I've worked in Ontario for a full decade, and that I've been able to speak English since I was in pre-school. So much f-ing red tapes, I hate it. I'm in limbo right now because of all of the requirements.
