I may be wrong but I re-read his post it makes on think that it'll be his own celebration with fans. Maybe at the best he'll release a instrumental officially like he did for Ratchet on one of his EP ?

Still zero reaction from Gaga and her team. Bobby didn't even like it. 

But again, I feel like it's just him milking something that he knows will grab the attention of a part of Gaga's fanbase, like he already did many times in the past.
