Gaga Song-Album Group/Patterns

Do you group or cluster together certain Gaga songs? Whether by their sound, or by their themes, or structure?

I often like listening to Dance in the Dark, Black Jesus + Amen Fashion, and Babylon together because I find the speak-sung parts really evoke the same vibe for me.

Quite obviously, I do like playing Bad Romance and Judas close to each other.

The Cure goes well with the pop songs of ASIB.

Alejandro, Americano, and Dancin in Circles share a Latin-Carribean vibe (even though DiC uses a sitar).

Discuss :excuseme:

Not really - I mainly listen by album, but I absolutely see what you mean here!

I do too, usually. But sometimes I want to maintain the rhythm/vibes of a good song so it kinda flows together.

I listen to albums that fit my current location. For example, on a rainy, dreary day I listen to this album

What genre is this? (I have a queue on, so I can't check it now)

It's very dark and moody electropop/pop-rock

Not really a listening pattern, but an interesting pattern (in my opinion) is that her second singles are always better than her lead singles. Only exception here is Bad Romance

Poker Face > Just Dance

Bad Romance > Telephone (only outlier here)

Judas > Born This Way

DWUW > Applause

Millon Rezons > Perfect Illusions

ARUTW > Shallow

ROM > Stupid Love

Will LG7 continue the pattern? Let's find out in 2027

Interesting flow. Is this more on themes or sound?

The original flow I had on my old AM account. :leap:

But it was mainly a theme of dark bops/vibes.

At the time I was tryna align it to these masterpiece productions. :darkmode:
