I'll answer you here, but no. I don't, I find soft biscuits gross. That being said, all the people I know do it

It's very common in my country to dip bread in condensed milk. It is often served for breakfast. Some also dip it into coffee but I've never tried it.

no, disgusting. the cookie or whatever will be soggy and gross, and there might be pieces of cookie left in the drink. and it would also taste weird, disaster. it should be illegal i think.
