Sweden was one of the first countries to discard chromatica and now it’s the main one carrying this. A reverse experience!

Possibility of second week charting isn’t exactly „carrying”. Chromatica lasted way longer than this. Let’s wait a bit, especially since Artgagapop just suggested it’s brave to assume it’s gonna chart for a second week.

let’s see how radio continues this week but it’s about to serve the cure in its trajectory  isn’t it!

Hopefully it will peak where The Cure peaked at least.

Also Business Insider running a story on the failure of Haus Labs alongside interviews with ex employees, the continuous losing :rip:

I'm pretty shocked tbh, wasn't HL like the third biggest celebrity brand last year?

Well, I believe it’s not as bad as the article suggests. Failing companies rather rarely move to important retailers like Sephora.

What was the overall summary of the story? You have to be a subscriber to read. I’m surprised, too.

According to reports by the fashion-industry trade journal, WWD, Haus Labs was the third best selling celebrity makeup brand of 2020, earning over $141.7 million

It's just lazy journalism all around. The initial article states that the "media" value of HL is $141 million. Subsequent articles just ran with that number for the annual revenue and these articles are often cited as original source.

I still don't think they would be taking it to Sephora if it was such a disaster though

Doesn't work like that. HL basically offers Sephora a cut for every product sold, and the cut is depending on HL's success/tankery.

Also, Sephora is probably offered exclusivity, just like Amazon previously.

we will see how much it lasts at Sephora. If they keep pushing, it means they are making some sort of profit as minimal as it might be,

Anyway don't care much about HL anyway, getting random photo shots is cute but other than it is least interesting aspect of her career to me.
