let's just say she's not a total flop there but USA never really been her biggest market  anyway

ofc it is. she does big numbers on debut but her problem is longevity. 

but thats because she prefers art instead of charts. 

she can easily make promiscuous or my humps or the way i are with bad bunny and it would be 9 weeks #1 easily.

If only she could get longevity with her album sales. Beyoncé used a similar method to Gaga when releasing Renaissance, and look how sales dropped off. If anything, successful singles with longevity could help push album sales longevity.

except Beyoncé is much bigger in the US than Gaga, it's actually the only market where she outdoes her

Of course it's a big market for Gaga. It's her biggest market but it's mostly cause US is also the biggest music market with a huge difference from the second biggest market. 

Regarding Gaga's streams for example, only 20% are coming from US , in some cases it's only 15%, while the rule for a US pop star is that at least 40-60% of your streams are coming from the US. 

So Gaga is extremely Global ,maybe the most global pop star of our times. She is big in the US too but if you compare the WW stats , she should have been even bigger in the US.
