Do you still buy CDs and DVDs?

I do. :classic_biggrin: There’s a record store that opened near me and I want to start collecting vinyls, cassettes, and more. The last vinyls I’ve bought are Nick Drake’s Pink Moon and Sade’s Love Deluxe. I want to purchase CDs from local artists and small businesses and give my support to them as much as possible.

I want to create a list of albums I should buy. I am not going to buy any vinyls this week though because I am going to buy the new FKA Twigs fragrance.

I buy DVDs for my very favorite shows and movies, especially ones that are hard to find or tend to come and go on streaming sites. I'm a rewatcher and there comes a point where renting is expensive than having a physical copy.

Vinyls I buy occasionally mostly to support my local record shops. And I think they are nice to have as a collectors item. I do have a record player, but nowhere to put it since I moved (3 years ago :awkney: ) so it's sitting in a box right now.

CDs on the other hand... I don't think I've ever bought a CD in my life.

No. I stream music or listen on YouTube and if I wanna watch a movie I use streaming services or watch them online. The last time I bought physical copies of anything was probably 2009. Now I’d feel like I was wasting coins to purchase those, but to each their own.
