FOLLOWING THIS!!!

I currently have a snake, spider, rubber and aloe vera plant in my apartment

I want to actually grow edible plants this year on my balcony. I'll plan to buy some seedlings from the farmer's market next month

@Sir.Sim do you compost yourself or use compost?

I buy the compost from local markets

Spoiler

it’s hard for me to make compost while living in city

Nice! Yes it is difficult to do indoors. The only option is really worm or vermicomposting in bins, but even so, worms (red wrigglers are best) can be picky eaters

I bought my first succulent a month ago and I plan on buying more in the future (if the one I have now doesn’t die :dead:)

Even if it does, you'll learn through experience! Happened to me too so don't worry

@admin

i remember you had a areca palm in your shower :billie:

how’s your plant doing now!!

Lol, that has since moved into my roommate's room. We must have like 30+ plants now, but he only lets me keep two in my room, both of which are presently alive, lol. He went home for the month of Feb and I almost killed the palm, but it lived! I did kill a smaller plant tho, whoops.

The plant in my room that I love in a pot I found from a local maker upstate:

I threw some honeydew and cantaloupe seeds in my garden and I'm just hoping they'll grow. For some reason I can never get plants to grow if I plant them but they always grow if I just throw out old fruit or seeds.

I can never keep any houseplants, even succulents alive. For the first few weeks I water them way to much and then just forget about them.

Why don’t you try growing snake plant or aloe Vera plant they are super easy going and requires less maintenance also they are super hard to kill!!

Yes! my snake plant went 5 weeks without water. I expected it to be dead when I returned but surprisingly it was still upright and alive.
