Well, that would be the normal/right response but based on the team she had , i am not surprised that her Spotify playlist reach dropped even if the Spotify playlist reach was already low and even if she has a new tour and a brand new single.

We know radio programmers usually base their decisions on previous track records of an artist, would playlist curators be the same? Because I don't want to believe that the consecutive botch-ups create a vicious cycle of her streams underperforming and then leading to playlist curators thinking she has no power, which then further lowers her streaming visibility/success

But she doesn't need streams, she's a legend

That doesn't explain Katy Perry who hasn't had an actual hit since 2017 and yet still has more Tik Tok and Spotify presence than the woman who had two #1 hits in 2019 and 2020 aside from her albums actually reaching the 1B mark without adding 20 previous singles
