I really appreciate the emphasis she put on getting some movement in and what that can do for your mental health. Truly just going for a walk sometimes can really help you clear your head and get out of a stagnant place.

I found this interview actually really awesome! The fact that she brought walking and movement into it and talking about how it improved her mental health might help encourage people to do hard things that they might not enjoy but it’ll be rewarding looking back and knowing you pushed through and did it, solid interview  🔥

I love how she mentioned Amanda Gorman, who was truly awesome. 

I agree with her about the need for physical activity. It's too easy to become sedentary during the pandemic. I've finally taken up exercising again, and my mind feels so much better for it.

It always amazes me that I an find her so relatable. 

I think she's definitely got more substances behind her message of "kindness" than just: be nice to each other.  But I don't think she has communicated that super well and it can make her look naive when it's not as fleshed out.

I always get a really nostalgic feeling when I hear people talking about hiking in LA even though I've never even been there

I wonder if she still does rock climbing (or did it beyond the one time she posted a pic lol)
