Ok part II of the polling of opinions on cross-references in Gaga's discography. Some are duplicates among polls. Comment with any I missed/you think should be included

LoveGame intuition play the cards with spades to start

:enigma:
Donatella on ya hoes
Donatella got them clothes
Donatella that's for sho'
Shopper in the chopper on the way to a sold out show
Lady Gaga b*ch a** trick
I put that on my papa Joe
I'll mop you all across the floor
Snatch your f-ing weave out b*ch
In front of paparazzi
Singing Paparazzi in this b*ch

Thanks! Although for this one I made a rule to only compare songs across albums. Maybe I'll do a follow-up one without that rule (e.g. Born This Way reference in HML)

Yeah thought about doing that one too, but thought it was a bit of a stretch...but glad it stood out enough for you :billie:

I always liked the Monster reference as well because it feels like it's calling back to the darker ideas underneath Just Dance and deepening them.  So it's not just "lol its the name of the song 🤪," it's actually doing something with it

This reminds me I started making a dashboard app to compare lyric similarities across discographies and never finished it :mess:

If you do, you should definitely repeat this since I realized how many other ones I missed :katy_pie:

"Free my mind" in Alice/ARTPOP, and then when you look within albums there are plenty as well, especially from The Fame ("brown eyes" in Again, Again)....:enigma:
