Yes. But the chart was only created in 2013. So, Gaga’s prior singles would have probably held the record if the chart existed before her career.

it's not a good market for her, iirc 19 by adele (her first album) outsold the majority of Gaga albums in NL. Their support of Shallow/ARUTW was a big thing at the time cause they had pretty much ignore everything she'd put out since BTW.
