I was planning on upgrading from the 4 to the 7 this year, but yeah, the update is a bit meh. I wish I had known it would be this underwhelming back in March because I would've had my watch battery replaced. Now I'm not really quite sure what to do. I'll probably wait and just live with not very good battery for the next year.

Do you really need oxygen monitoring and/or always-on display? If not, then just replace the battery.

If rumours are to be believed, the Series 8 will be a major redesign, which was meant for the Series 7 but was pulled last minute.
