BTW, Live Text works directly on the camera too. Tap on the text and a Live Text icon will appear on the bottom right corner. You can also insert text from your surroundings into a text field directly. Tap on the text field cursor and the Live Text icon will appear after “Select” and “Select All”. 

The magnifier is also back, which appears when you move the cursor around.
