It’s not happening anyways but it would be nothing like re-releasing 6 full albums while putting a few unreleased tracks to have an excuse farm money out of her fans’ wallets 

If Taylor genuinely just wanted a version she has all the rights on of her music she would’ve just re-recorded all the albums and released them just like that, instead she recycles old songs to slap them onto the album + spreads out the releases and gets songs on TTH, just as if it was an orignal album rollout 

It’s more than clear that this whole deal is more about clout and charts than just owning some master

why not both though?

it makes sense to take advantage of it commercially so that the new re-recordings don't just get drowned out by the og ones.
