Apparently Salma Hayek will be playing Giuseppina (Pina) Auriemma, Patrizia's friend and spiritual advisor. There is a comment on Reddit saying the real Pina was on Italian TV and it was also mentioned during the interview. The source article is in the OP of the post, but I never heard of the website it's from.

Yeah, they've been filming indoor stuff in Rome for a while now. Here's a fake Gucci store they set up... (ignore Jared, he's part of the thread)
