They had to have notifications on for new threads being made. I think that was record timing for someone's post being deleted.

Hover over their username and then click Ignore User on the popup.

if you're on pc you can hover on their username but if not in the top right click your username and in the drop down there should be ignored users

People keep saying it's closed to the public, but I've had no problem seeing the site in Incognito mode.
